    Lots of raw stuff. Made a raw cheesecake a while back and froze it in potions for a healthy desert. Made from nuts and dates etc.
    The mashed potato is to die for🙉🙉
    Muffins galore
    Healthy cakes like the magic bean cake! So it's chocolate cake made without flour but with beans - it is sooooo good!

    There's so much more but I can't remember I'm so tired

    I would start off in the cook book given (edc) and work your way through that to start. That's what I did when I got mine years ago.
