Ok so reading the RU Ok thread made me feel incredibly sad for all those out in BH land who are doing it tough right now.
It made me think how everything is going ok for me at the moment. It made me feel grateful and appreciative of what I have.
I mean no disrespect to those who are struggling; I just wanted to start a thread where you could share positive things that are happening in your life.
For me, I am OK today because I can walk again and take care of my family again. After a long and dramatic birth experience recently I'm coming out the other side. I'm so grateful to be able to move around independently again. I'm so grateful that my husband has gone completely above and beyond for me in the past three weeks (think helping me with toileting and dressing me to injecting me each day with medication).
So for me, I really AM ok today! Would you like to share the ways that you are ok today?

I am ok today because DH is home on break from work so we get to be together. Everything seems brighter when he is home. Our house is filled with our laughter, kisses and cuddles
I look around my life and I feel very blessed - I have a husband who adores me and will do anything for me, a wonderful family, animals that make my life both amusing and amazing, a home right where I want to live and a job that is not to difficult and pays well!

I am ok today! I met a friend, fed bub in public for the first time, handed in a Uni assignment, got dinner made. Feeling very proud! I was very unsure how I would go as a first time mum, so far I'm feeling ok about it! But I know I got very lucky because I have an easy going bub (so far...).

I am ok today because my parents have come to visit for Dd's baptism. I'm learning to cope with less sleep and Dd is getting over her cold.
