Default Cleaning inside of washing machine

Does anyone have any tips of how to clean the inside of your washing machine, and how often do you do this?

    Thank you 😊

Depends if you have a front or top loader for quantities but I usually used bicarb soda and vinegar and run a hot wash. Try and do it every 3-6months but usually when I remember!

My new front loader has a 'drum clean' option, so I just run that with no detergents or anything. You can run a hot cycle with some bi-carb and white vinegar to clean the drum of detergent build up etc. I clean my dishwasher every few months with bi-carb and vinegar and it works a treat

Just had a quick google - for top loader it looks like 1/2 c bi-carb and 2 c vinegar. Just pop in in the drum and choose your cycle.

I buy a washing machine cleaner at the supermarket and use it once a year. Mostly to get rid of the built up crap in the pump.

My new machine has a 'tub clean' function but before that I'd just use vinegar and bi carb.
I do it every time I wash the dog's bedding...otherwise our next load ends up covered in dog hair!

Yep, I just pour both straight into the drum separately. Otherwise it starts to fizz and bubble in the cup. GL x

What about cleaning any mould on the rubber bits inside a front loader. Anyone got any tips for that?
