my hubbie is convinced that avocado is great fat - actually "eating" the other fat in you. He did send me some article about it too.

Well I sneaky weighed this morning - I'm 72.5kg which means I've lost 2.1 so far. My official weigh in isn't until Sunday morning though.
I've stayed in my points but haven't used them wisely the last two nights. I've used 5 just on alcohol both nights :/
So for the remainder of the week I'm going to cut the booze again and I'm going to try get to the gym today. I had a day off yesterday because I had half my toenail removed ... But I think I could get it into a shoe tonight. I still did core exercises and push ups yesterday at home though.
I'm happy so far - if I can lose a kilo a week I'll be stoked.

I just went to the beach today and my mum took a photo of me with my boys - hello before photo!!! I don't want to eat for a month :/

I'm having a good day so far. Willing myself to stay on track. All I need is a couple of good days in a row to get in the zone.

Well I stayed within my points again and did an hour at the gym. I actually ran for 10mins which doesn't sound a lot (and I used to run 50mins no stopping) ... But I've totally lost my fitness and I'm working back up to it. I'll do 15mins tomorrow and add 5 minutes each time I go if I can. I was really happy that with cushioning and strapping I had no pain in my toe at all - yay
Tomorrow morning I'm doing the mountain with DS1 and a friend and then another hour gym session in the afternoon.
How is everyone else going??

Doing well here!
I'm trying to up my calorie intake but I just don't feel hungry... I sit comfortably at 1,200kcal a day.
Had my usual 4k walk and the scales have started to move a little.
I was advised to try an app called "happy scale". It's great for those that so daily weigh ins as it smooth variation for you. It sure is a happy scale!
