Vicpark - yes I'm planning on going into centrelink as soon as possible but being from new zealand I don't think I'll be entitled to much. But hey anything is better than nothing.

Thank you for for the suggestion about the books il look into those

Our brady bunch - I'm looking after my siblings during the week because mum& dad just recently started their own business and it worked out cheaper for mum to work with dad instead of paying someone.. at least until they got started and money started coming in enough to pay the bills, live comfortably, and then they would look into hiring. So its only temporary I hope - and mum will be home.. I don't mind looking after my siblings because its helping us as a family in the long run - its just hard for the little one she starts missing her parents..

You sound like a really lovely lady and a hard worker too. I hope there is some help you can get despite being from NZ (I hate that our kiwi friends aren't entitled to social services... It's so unfair).

I would chat with your parents now and manage their expectations. There's no way you can play babysitter when bub comes along. In a way good on your parents for trying to earn a living... That being said I think what they are doing... In them both leaving their 2.5 year old for most of the week is plain cruel. If it meant leaving my child behind I would have chosen a different vocation.
