I put in a wanted add in Gumtree, before she came round I spent a few days writing down a list of all the things I do in a clean and then a list of extras I'd like done if she has free time. We went through the list on the day and she was happy with it although there is a slight language barrier. Anyway she does everything and if she doesn't I ask her next time to do it and she continues doing it. She puts away toys inside and out, hangs washing, puts it away, is happy to cook if I want, just brilliant. This is in prep for new baby and I feel so relieved because when DS was born cleaning was the one thing that really stressed me out.
