    Default Newborn upfront payments - 2 kids from last marriage

    Hi mums just wondering im pregnant due next year and wondering which rate of newborn payment ill receive i have 2 kids from a previous marriage that stay with me 50/50 so will i get the first child one being this is my partner and i first baby or will i get the more then one baby one ?

    If this is your 3rd child, I don't think you qualify for 'first baby' payment.

    Nope new bub is treated as not being first child even though its first for your relationship
