I don't mind my nespresso except I've lost one of the little milk frother things.
And... Milk seems to burn in one spot in the frother which is weird and irritating!
I notice Gloria jeans has pods now but not sure which machines they're suitable for.
I think we sent our nespresso up incorrectly for short and long cup because it's never completely right. But it's convenient and once you find a flavour you like it's pretty good

I bought df one for his birthday July last year. It's broken already the mechanism that pierces the pods got stuck and we can't open the slidey bit.
Up until then it was great and made a great coffee I'm told- I don't drink coffee so I don't know

Yep, the self cleaning at the press of a button was what sealed the deal for me, and also that it comes with the milk frother not as a separate attachment etc, definitely the lazy girls dream machine!

    I've got the nespresso 'u'
Totally happy with it, if you get a new nespresso machine you get a trial pack with most of the 'flavours' so you can see which ones you like.
    Totally worth the outlay IMO.

We have a nespresso delongi pixie with the separate milk machine. Absolutely love it so easy to use, coffee is fantastic quality and pods are not overly expensive either and you can buy them online too.

Sent from my Nexus 5 using The Bub Hub mobile app

The Gloria Jeans ones don't fit the Nespresso. I bought some of the Hot Chocolate ones to try and they don't fit. In saying that, I just split the pod open and empty the contents into my mug, mix with some hot water and then add the milk frothed in the Nespresso milk frother. Tastes almost as good as the GJs hot chocolate.. Just need some whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles

We have a Nespresso Citiz... Love love love it! The ease of getting a decent coffee without any mess is amazing! In my opinion the Nespresso coffee is far better than others because of the design, they are made out of aluminium & are completely sealed so stay fresh, I've tried others in our machine & they just aren't as nice. The fact that you can't smell the coffee until you pierce the capsule in the machine shows how good the seal is... Others you can smell when you open the packet so can tell the air is getting in, if you know what I mean.

Our Nespresso machine is one of those items that both DH & I know that if it broke we'd be getting a new one that very day! Couldn't live without it! We've taken it on holidays with us aswell, we paid about $500 for it 4 years ago.

I have a nespresso at home and I made my office but one as soon as I got it

We've had both of them for over 5 years. The office one gets used a minimum of 30 times a day and it is still going strong!

I agree about the milk burning onto the milk frother though. Annoying. You have to make sure it's super clean before anyone uses it next, and you can't make one directly after the other without washing it or it will burn on and stop working properly. That's my only gripe with it though, otherwise, it's awesome! I even make hot chocolates in the milk frother
