    Yay Scuba congratulations ! Now you can relax a bit and enjoy. Eat well and dont worry about symptoms. You will miss poached eggs ! I can't wait up have one on a couple of weeks Does your clinic do a scan ?

    You're supposed to be wary of underdone yolks and egg whites - I eat about 3 poached eggs a week so I'd struggle!

    There's lots of good stuff your not supposed to eat such as deli cold meats (yum), runny egg yolks (poached, sunny side up YUM) etc. I did some dodgies and cooked my ham etc and if I ever see another scrambled egg ill scream ! Lol. Lucky you can have coffee up to 200 mg which unfortunately means only 1 cafe style cappacino or latte per day. Jeez that's the highlight of my day
