    Default Cycle day 1...

I'm sure this question has been asked 1000 before but I'm going to ask it again!

If you wake up and bam, AF is there that's day 1.

But what if she doesn't 'pop in' till around 4 in the afternoon?

Would you count the next day as day 1 or the you start bleeding as day 1, even though it was late in the afternoon?

I want to be able to track my cycles properly to pin point O day.

Would love your feedback and advice.

    TIA.

I had to call my clinic to advise D1 on Saturday and apparently because it was just spotting in the morning and really didn't kick into gear until about 2pm they count D1 from Sunday...HTH

Hi - my clinic considers day one as 'full flow before lunchtime' - best of luck
