Chips and gravy or apple juice. I used to get apple juice when I had an asthma attack as a kid. It makes me feel safe for some reason.

I usually have Tom Yum or Vegemite on toast when sick.

Sometimes all I can stomach is hot chips though Depends on what I have been sick with.

I can't really eat bread at the moment but I usually love avocado on toast with salt and pepper and a cup of tea.

If I'm not well "egg in a cup" - my granny used to give me it. It's a boiled egg, in a tea cup mashed up with butter!

    Depends why I'm not well.

Chips and gravy when self inflicted.

Lemonade and vegemite on toast in bed with a cup of sugary tea when actually sick.

My comfort food that takes me back to my childhood and feels like a warm big hug from my mum (she passed away when I was 26) is silverside, mash and cheesy white sauce.
