At my first scan DD was measuring at 7w, I was sure I was 8.5w. And her HR was low. The u/s tech told me to expect to lose her over the weekend.
The week later my scan showed a HR of 165bpm.
She is now a wild 10 month old.
Good luck on Monday with your scan.

Oh girls, I wish we could catch up in real life and have a huge cry together. I just found out this morning that I have a non-viable pregnancy - my fourth - and I'm just beyond devastated.

I really thought this one was it. But my last hcg test only doubled in five days, not two or three, my progesterone dropped, and I went in for a scan this morning and the embyo was measuring only 4w5d instead of 6w2d.

I guess now I just wait to bleed. The grief is overwhelming - I don't even know how to cope with this.
