    I used to live there and always thought the same. I could never live in that house. Especially in cyclone season

    And no I wouldn't live there. It's got no yard for a start, and I think it's really ugly. I also wouldn't pay over $1 mil for a house I'd not go in if it was windy.

    I can understand people's fear of buying it that's for sure! But I think it would be amazing, the views alone would make it worth it.

    I had a read of the article out of curiosity and a lot of what he said in regards to the engineering made sense. I also found it interesting that he trusted it enough to stay there all through yasi. But something else that came to mind, why have those kind of blocks for sale if they were apparently "unbuildable"
