    I'm so sorry for your loss. I went through an early miscarriage before having my DS and it was such a heartbreaking time. Try not to bottle it all up, let yourself grieve, and most of all be kind to yourself. Hugs x

    I'm so sorry to read this. It truly is a horrible thing to go through.

    I think you just need to feel your way through it and do what you need to do. We all grieve a loss differently, and I've grieved each loss differently.

    Hopefully you can find the support you need to make it easier. Maybe your partner, a friend or family member, maybe a pet, maybe a few days off work curled up on the couch with some bad TV or in bed with some good books and lots of hot tea. I reckon anyone that tells you at the time that "it's best if it happens early", "there must have been something wrong with it", "at least you can try again now" or anything about "god's will and he will send you a viable foetus when he seems you worthy" should be immediately sacked from your circle of support and replaced with a golden retriever, box set of all 50 series of Big Bang Theory or a Marion Keyes book.
