I went to a demo on the weekend and I'm in love. I'm in a financial position to purchase and I'm still trying to decide whether to or not, but then I thought that a return plane ticket to NY would cost me just as much so I'd at least get use out of a thermomix for years to come. I did buy a Bellini earlier this year but it's limited in what I can do and washing it was always a pain as well as the blades and food burning on the bottom.
No reason to this post really except I hope that soon I'll be able to join the thermomix community .
I might wait until my friend becomes a consultant then purchase through her so I can get the free thermosaver when I host a party.
