I have a stick blender for one recipe only too...everything else I got rid of, especially the big juicer which sucked to clean.
I even got rid of my slow cooker...but I never really used that anyway due to a severe lack of time in the mornings.

I also never use my scales anymore. Which only occurred to me the other day when I had to use them and couldn't find them anywhere.

Same...I think I kept them though...just incase I ever needed to send the tmx back for repairs, but they haven't been touched in 2 1/2 years. If I just need to weigh something random...I just sit it on top of the thermomix.

ETA - The scales is actually why I decided to spend the money on the thermomix and not try the thermochef first (DH's suggestion)....and I don't regret it. Just being able to tip the ingredients first without having to weigh everything, whilst it doesn't seem like such a big thing, it really does save on dishes and time. It's just so convenient.

    Basically you pay in installments.
    3 of them,
$839 when the order is processed, $600 thirty days later and then another $600 thirty days after that.
