    Some people have told me I can only park for one hour in the designated times and it's no parking any time outside that. To me that is incorrect bc the no parking arrow is pointing the other way.
    I thought it meant that you could only park for 1 hr between the designated times and unlimited parking outside of those hours.

    That's what I thought too so don't know why so many cars honked at me and waved for me to move my car

    Thanks everyone. It's a super busy road esp at peak hour and I never see other cars parked there anymore so I still won't park there to avoid dirty looks.
    Just glad that others read the sign same as me

    I am interpreting that differently. like there is only 1 hour parking allowed there during those times and the rest of the time the lane needs to be free (I am guessing it is a busy road).

    If that were the case it would say 'no standing at any other time' or something like that I am pretty sure. I always park outside designated hours unless it says no standing.
