I really think it'll be worth it. You wouldn't know how things would pan out until you've tried it, but with one kid, I'm sure you can work something out. that everything works out for the better.

For me no it wasnt. We had 2 kids in care full time, I worked 9am-3pm mon-fri and lost all my pay to daycare fees. I resigned after 3 months because financially we were no better off.
