Default *fluff thread* What are you really bad at?

So no one is perfect, we all have flaws so what is something you are particularly bad at? I'll start...

For the life of me I can never manage to correctly portion dry pasta and always end up with loads extra. It doesn't matter what kind of pasta, there's always at least an extra 2-3 serves.

I can't poach eggs! It drives me nuts, I am fairly competent cook but poached eggs elude me. Eggs Benedict with fried eggs just isn't the same

Cooking rice. I always end up with about 4 times what I need and it's always gluggy and sticks to the pot.

Reverse parking. The only time I've done it successfully was when I got my license. Now I avoid it!

admitting that I'm wrong. I just get all flustered and embarrassed that I just hate admitting to it. So much so that i'll fight tooth and nail to make people believe that I'm right instead of just admitting when I'm wrong.

My theory is I make breakfast or lunch for tomorrow rather than to many serves.

I can for the life keep a spotless house. It is just not in my make up. I clean and I turn around and it a mess again.

Ohh totally agree. I'm glad there's no footage of me ever dancing (or trying to). Even our wedding dance was more of a shuffle haha

I normally just say to DH, "you wanted lunch for tomorrow, yeah?" Haha. It doesn't go to waste at least.

This, I am hopeless at keeping anything clean.
I can't read social situations correctly either.

Being girly. I try, I really try. I buy dresses, I buy makeup, I buy shoes other than boots. But within days they are at the back of the cupboard and I'm wearing jeans and boots again.
