    I just wanted to add that the points I liked about the diet were

    I could eat what I wanted on feast days so I never missed out
    I could plan my fast days around events so I never had to sit by and watch people eating yummy food during celebrations
    I felt good eating on feast days, I never felt guilty about having that slice of chocolate cake or junk food.
    It didn't cost me anything
    It worked, after years of trying many diets.

    Thanks everyone, really excellent advice. I love the idea of being able to not worry some days. I don't want to pig out but I'd like to have some days were I don't worry about calorie counting etc.

    i am thinking i will do it my 2 work days. Today I bought some tazikki (sp?) d to have on a couple of crackers for lunch and I think dinner will be some tofu strips on half cup of rice. There should be some calories left to have two mandarins after dinner. Yummy!

    if anyone wants to do this and have a buddy, pm me!!!
