I don't think a bunnings voucher would come across the wrong way... She may need gardening tools, plants, rugs, storage etc. Very useful

Target, Myer or adairs would be other good ones. I love getting new towels to match the bathroom when I move.

I almost drooled when a PP mentioned a pizza joint voucher!

That would be damn handy actually. A night off cooking, and most people love pizza

I think a moving day pack sounds great.
pizza/take away voucher, bottle drink paper plates, cups and cutlery. With a spare light bub and 2 pack of toilet paper. All in a pretty basket.

I love Glasshouse candles and think they make a great gift. Not very practical but something you might not buy yourself

What about a basket/platter of fruit? I know I tend to eat crappy food when I move house, so it could be nice to have some fresh food to nibble on. With the added bonus of having a nice fruit bowl or basket after it's all eaten

Team that with a nice bottle of something, or a voucher to get dinner.

When we sold our house to a young family I left a present for each of the kids in their rooms as well as a bottle of Moët of the parents and a big bunch of flowers in the kitchen.

    OP it's a lovely thought

Some of these ideas are great! When we purchased our house I would've loved it if the previous owner cleaned the oven and shower
