so I've had a cold and been taking vitamins to help with getting over it, I was taking a combination tablet of garlic echinacea and vitamin C. Then someone said that echinacea wasn't good during early pregnancy due to it's immune boosting properties (and as your body initially tries to fight off the pregnancy you may be helping your body to do so) not optimal when trying to conceive I thought.
I'm not sure how much I believe the above as I couldn't find much to support it either way, but it did get me thinking about all the things I might not know about that could be making it harder or less likely for me to conceive.
So does anyone else know of, or heard a theory of, things that can affect early pregnancy and TTC?

I didn't realise until I did ivf. The nurses told me to stay clear of nurofen as it thins your lining & can effect implantation.
