To be honest @Hopefullyanotherbaby, I've been glad I haven't transferred more than 1 and 'wasted' the embryos so far. The immune stuff can take a few cycles to get the right mix for success and you don't know how your body will react. Unless you've got a few frozens to 'play with' I'd be tempted to 'trial' the bondi protocol first and see what happens and if it works that's fantastic and if not you can reassess and then don't have any regrets.

Hopefully, the only time I had a live birth without misscarriage at 7 weeks (2 of them) was when FS put in 2 fresh day 3 embies... The other developed a sac but no heartbeat, I bled on & off til 16 weeks & Dr M said this could've been my body trying to kill them & one got sacrificed. Note that this was 2 years before I went to Dr M and I was not on immune meds... My OB couldn't explain the bleeding & was worried. If your body can cope with twins (if that happens) I'd transfer two... Generally though in Australia they are super conservative & in offering you 2 it seems to me they think only 1 will make it. I'd do two!!! Good luck!

I guess only you can really answer this. Everyone's situation is different. I would only transfer one but I've had a horrible run with no implantation and never any to freeze until I moved to donor. Plus it can take a bit to get immune meds right as I am slowly learning! Good luck with whatever you go with.

@soclose, I'm on 6 Progynova/day and estrogen patches every second day! I feel like a walking hormone! No explanation of why other than 'we see it some times'! Argh! So now I'm on viagra pessaries! Rescanning Thurs so hopefully it's miraculously increased! Yep, always something-or a few things!
