Default How many accessories did you buy for your pram?

I got a new pram as I am having 2 under 2. Found my first second hand pram very disappointing so this time it's a new mountain buggy duet and I have bought so many accessories to allow me to use it as a double and a single, etc. I walk multiple times a day. Hate driving. So I figured I was worth it to begin with... but now have managed to spend almost as much on accessories as it cost to buy the pram!

Please tell me I'm not the only idiot who has done this :/

I used my covers and capsule/capsule adaptors that's about it. There's 15 months between my girls! Oh and now I use my skateboard lots as dd1 wants to walk not sit in the pram! (She's 2). I think that sort of stuff has a good resale so if you use it awesome if not you can recoupe some!

Thanks I feel a bit better. When it comes time to sell I can't wait to see the looks on peoples faces when they see how many accessories I have to sell along with it...

I went overboard with my bugaboo as well - same as pp but I also had a foot muff, seat liner and iPhone holder plus 2 different coloured covers for summer/winter!

My pram is by far my favourite baby item. It gets used multiple times daily, so bubba & I both love it!

I bought the sun cover, rain cover, accessory tray, sheepskin liner plus as many of those Lamaze toys that I can fit on the sides without preventing it from folding properly

None here for me too. It came with a soft seat insert thing, but that was it.

Ok don't judge me haha (of course you can seriously it's a forum) but this is how crazy it's become. Here goes:

You can purchase a 'joey' bag for the second seat to make it a 'single pram with extra storage' got that.

Bub #1 hated sunlight so I figured a sunshade was a necessity. Had to get 2 - one for each mode single & double

Always out and about so I had to do the same & get 2 rain covers. But the other night discovered I either lost the double or never received it and had to order another

Ordered 2 fleece liners. But toddler looks squished in the pram. Discovered it's bc of the shape of the mb liners. Better without. But then the pram's not protected. So ordered 2 pram liners from pramskins!

Got a cup holder of course, like to go walking with my coffee

Got a bassinet. Bub #1 had one and I loved it. So had to get one for #2.

And finally - there was 50% off aerotech tyres and I read some bad reviews about the air filled tyres which made me nervous. So I got those too.

If anyone's husband whinges about you buying accessories... tell him about me haha!! This pram had better be worth it.
