    Default Sleep, feed, play..?

    I gave the sleep, feed, play routine a go for about two weeks. I think it really helped to regulate his feeding times and how much he took in at a time, but he got very very overtired. It just seems so natural to let him fall asleep after he has a nearly full tummy. He definitely sleeps longer. Is it so bad for him to fall asleep after having a top up? He's 11 weeks now and supposed to be sleeping 16h a day. IMO, I will do whatever I can to help him achieve that.

    With both my bubs I always did sleep feed play feed sleep until around the time solids were established. It's what worked for us.

    I think I'll be doing the same. I have heard babies tend to sleep a lot better once solids are introduced due to having some weight in the belly.
