Essentially, having noncompensated surrogacy in Australia isnt really working that well.
Having said that - it appears to me that the majority of people who look at going overseas, do so because they worry about the possibility of the mother keeping the baby here .... so essentially they go overseas because it is less likely that someone (poor and disadvantaged and essentially being forced to do this for money) is going to want to keep the baby.
That is incredibly sad ...
