I am doing weekly acupuncture which makes me feel fantastic after each session and also doing daily short meditations through a free app that my post m/c counsellor recommended ....

I'm drinking loads of green and lavender tea these days! Just wish I could switch my brain off for at least a couple hours!
Havumg a romantic weekend with my hubby this weekend, so hopefully that will help me unwind

Littleve I downloaded the IVF meditation program from Circle + Bloom online. It's very targeted and great for helping you get to sleep. It's $59us but I think it was money well spent.

Littleve - I think everyone is the same and anxiety is something that comes along with the IVF, my feelings seem to alternate from anxiety to excitement to finally get this show on the road. I think its just important through everything to take time out for ourselves, with DH/partner and friends and family, to make sure the IVF doesn't take over and allow us to remember who we are as individuals (easier said than done I know).
bubbleandsquaks - love the comparison to a business trip - we are all in the packing stage and apprehensive about what is ahead.

Thanks @Heyside and your right. Everyone deals differently
Some keep busy, some just dwell on things etc ..
Todays job ladies is to find a dress for my grand fathers 80th ...
On another topic .. how do the ladies with PCOS deal with hair issues.
I'm blonde and have noticed over the years that I am getting little black or dark brown hairs in unusual places.
I normally wax them but was looking into laser treatment (depending on outcome of course)

@bubblesandsqueaks my mate got laser treatement and said it was great (she was getting patches of hair on her face) I think she mentioned to the doc that she had PCOS and they gave her a discount. It was a good few years ago now, I can't remember which clinic she went to. I wonder if you could claim for it if you get a referral from a GP? Hm.
