Thanks for the welcome @ bongley and @ bubbleandsqueek .
This is my 4th donation- this couple placed an add in our local paper, they are lovely and hopefully we get them lots of eggies.

    Yay ... more newbies !!

    Welcome @Ladydee

You sound like you have had 1 rough trott !!
No one should have to do IVF but we all make the decision for our own reason ..

We only think happy thoughts in here so your safe from any unwanted comments

I'm trying a different trick this time round ladies .. call me crazy but hey anything is worth a go !!

    I'm doing a 7 day positive challenge.
Each day I must write down the positives in my life and than what I am thankful for. And no 2 days can be the same

I found before that I always found a negative in everything I done or what was happening in my life ..

    Today:
I'm thankful for the courage I have to pick myself up and move on .. After I found out my ex husband is getting re married.
Positive: Monday is over and Tuesday is right round the corner

@spotsmum that's a really generous thing to do.

I'm with Life Fertility in Brisbane

When my family is complete than I will take a leaf out of your book and donate

@ bubbleandsqueek - that's amazing that you are considering donation. Definitely one of the most rewarding things I have done. I have heard great things about life ( and their fridge with yummy things to eat!)

Will be getting my treatment plan this morning from Val ( nurse) and our final counselling session with recipients tomorrow. Bring in September!

Hi everyone, I thought I would join you in this thread as I start to prepare for my first IVF cycle next month. I have PCOS and we conceived our first DD through our second cycle of injections. We thought things were going to be a little easier 2nd time around as we were prepared for all this but we seem to have had one disaster after another, I have done around 7 cycles of injections, cycle 1 was a bfn, cycle 2 was cancelled due to overstimulating, I then had 2 cycles where I didn't ovulate due to fs error, my 5th cycle was a bfn and then I have had a couple of cycles with no ovulation and problems with cysts. So we have finally decided its time to bring in the big guns and start the IVF process. I have my first appointment with one of the fs through my IVF clinic next Friday and then we pick up the medication that day ready to start the synarel that evening. I am really looking forward to starting the process finally as we made the decision back in June and have just been waiting to get going. I am really looking forward to cycling with you girls and making some connections with you as we support each other through the process, nice to speak to people who are going through the same things at the same time.

Hi Ladydee, nice to see a familiar face in here from our other thread , will be nice to be cycling together.

Good luck to all you girls, lets hope this thread is a lucky one

Hello and welcome all the new ladies.

We have a big contingent of PCOS here! But let's not let it hold us back. "Good things can still happen, even late in the day".

@ Bubblesandsqueak love your positivity challenge. I'm adopting it. And your words about pinning everything on IVF then the world falling apart ring true for me to. I think this positivity challenge will help me focus on all the other aspects of my life where I'm blessed

@ LadyDee - you've been through the ringer too, I'm so sorry. I'm glad they've seen your healthy womb and this gives you some reassurance.

@ Spotsmom - awesome wow generous fantastic bless you

Sorry to anyone I've missed on this note.

3 more days on the pill and Monday is bloods day. Trying to detach. This isn't the only month. What will be will be.

While we are all waiting remember to Relax breathe find joy in the small things, whatever they may be for you 🌺

Hi ladies, I hope I can join in too?
I'm waiting for AF to arrive any day now and then will be starting our first ever FET.
We are using donor sperm, and as far as I'm aware, my lady bits are fully functional.
We had a successful fresh transfer a couple years ago, but unfortunately miscarried at 7 weeks. I fell apart after that and it's taken a while for both of us to be ready to try again.
Feel like we are in a much better space emotionally and financially this time, so fingers crossed for a quick journey !
