Either thai green chicken curry with rice or chicken schnitzel with pasta & sauce pack & veg or salad. All depends if I go to the shops today to buy chicken thigh fillets and bok choy for the curry.

Hubby cooked chicken cacciatore in the Bellini with my supervision (his first time using it). He said he likes it heaps better than normal cooking but wishes he didn't have to do mashed potato separately (even though I did everything for the potato lol).
