    This was last nights dinner - it was one of the best things I have ever cooked! It's called (from memory) a spicy chicken, corn and zucchini tortilla pie. I added less chilli powder then the recipe suggested so perhaps not spicy chicken, just chicken. Packed full of veg and is pretty healthy apart from the lashings of cheese.
