    Anatomically it's not possible for baby to be hitting your clitoris per se..

    Perhaps baby's movements are hitting some nerves that are giving you referred sensation? I've not actually ever heard anyone describe that, but I wouldn't be bothered. Just go with it, if you know what I mean

    BH doesn't automatically mean baby is coming soon. It's a sign your body is beginning to ready itself, but some women experience BH from quite early on in their pregnancy. If you're looking to help give baby a wriggle on, talk to your midwife/google natural methods of induction. Intercourse is one way to help being it on as the female orgasm will naturally release oxytocin and the spasms/contractions of your vagina post orgasm can stimulate your uterus. It's also thought sperm/semen contains a natural prostaglandin to help soften your cervix and ready it for labour.

    Actually, I might just pop in and add that only about a quarter of the clitoris is outside the body :-)

    OP I've never heard of that as being a sign of impending labour.
