    Wish I was better suited to this. I only live 5 mins down the road but probably don't have good enough office skills.

    @RipperRita Why not apply anyway! I'm sure your skills are valid to the role in other ways. Like for instance your ability to provide excellent customer service. I bet you have good written and verbal communication skills and you're smart, you'd pick up the role specific processes quickly no doubt. I'm sure you know your way around a computer too

    Give it a crack, your experience may not be in a direct line to the role but your experience does provide you with skills that would be valuable to the role.

    and you never know - sounds like your skills are fairly varied - and they will happily teach you any specific skills you need ... so give it a go
