I always have protein before I go (was ham and cheese today). I dunno, I've always been a hungry person. When I was first on the diet I got that really full feeling from the protein but now I'm not getting it so much. Oh well, will keep plugging on

I add sliced chicken breast and grated cheese to my cauliflower soup to try and make it more filling.

This morning at work someone at work announced that they had brought morning tea for everyone and put a spare table 2m away from my desk and laid out......a bee sting! !!! My achilles heel of baked goods. However, I just served up my berries and cottage cheese and pretended that it wasn't there. But I can't say it wasn't a relief when everybody else finished it off.

Today I had bacon and eggs, berries and cc, soup, protein shake, lazy dinnrr of bbq chook with steamed veg.

I am also working on cutting down on my tea and coffee consumption.

Well my ok day turned no longer ok. I absolutely blew it tonight. Won't go into details as I'm already feeling unhappy about it.

Every meal today has been take away. Bacon and eggs from hungry jacks. ... And a hash Brown. Nuggets for lunch. Meatballs for dinner, with steamed veg. I also had a biscuit. Not a good weekend.

I hear you SPG. We went to a friend's place this afternoon. They cooked us a tapas feast. They are incredible cooks and it was amazing. Admittedly a lot of it was protein but certainly not all of it. They'd gone to so much trouble to make it all gluten free for me. So yeah, terrible weekend for me.

Hoping to at least have a good Monday to Friday!!!

Ok team I need to buck up and get my mind right again. I haven't gained (surprisingly) but I've slackened off severely.

Does anyone have a cauliflower soup recipe? And a start up shopping list of must haves? I feel like I've forgotten what I need to do
