Am quite unwell today. Slept all morning in the hope of improving before having to go to work
Bacon and eggs (just now)
Don't know what else I'll eat before dinner. Probably have a snack before work (maybe cheese). Going out to Mexican tonight. Think I'll have a beef tostada, minus the tortilla. (So beef, salad, cheese, sour cream).

Thanks ladies- will give it a go. I might start reducing carbs a little bit now so as to not shock myself in 4 weeks as I've been overloading on carbs so bad lately.

Pretty good day today, eggs for breakfast, small serve of yoghurt and nuts for morning tea, mushroom soup for lunch, cheese for afternoon tea and meatballs and salad for dinner....and a little glass of bubbles with dinner.
I am also having tea and coffee during the day. I have not had a single latte all week and I can honestly say I have not gone this long without a latte in about 10 years. I think I might allow myself one on the weekend. Oh how I miss it.

Today was not a good day. I think AF hormones make me make some $hit decisions. Back on board tomorrow.
