Teenie *hugs* im a firm believer that if you dont sort the head stuff, the dieting stuff is pointless. I completely understand where you are coming from, ive only sorted this stuff out with a psychologist like 6-7 weeks ago. And since then i no longer use food to feel better, because it doesnt make me feel better. And as soon as i worked that out, i dont even really enjoy food anymore. On my weekend off (birthday weekend) i got to eat anything and i enjoyed it somewhat but it didnt bring on that therapeutic euphoria i used to get from it so i didnt really go overboard or binge like i would have earlier in the year.
I hope you will get there too. Its a very hard journey. Hugs*

Thanks zombie. I know I need to sort my issues out. I think for me it's a case of needing to come to terms with things and accept them.

Hi Teenie
I eat japanese all the time whilst doing low carb. I find it works really well, no need to tell anyone just make good choices.
Edamame beans, sushimi, teriyaki chicken/beef. At sushi train you should be able to order a couple of hot meat dishes.
Good luck

I have been pretty consistent
Bacon and eggs
Yoghurt and nuts (still not sure if yoghurt is a good choice but I have read that greek is not so bad and that is what I am having, unsweetened)
Left overs for lunch - last nights moroccan mince with vegetables.....and no cous cous
No afternoon snack
Dinner at Hogs Breath - Steak, chicken and salad, creamy garlic sauce.

Hi ladies
Ive been following your thread with interest as it's something I would like to try. I'm about 4 weeks from giving birth with my third child so am very keen to start straight away after the birth.
I contemplated doing light n easy for 12 weeks max but reading about it online, I think the fake food is not for me.
Has anyone followed this plan straight after birth?
Thanks
