I'm actually thinking of avoiding the gym this arvo just in case he is there. I feel a little awkward.

Don't feel like you should avoid the place. Just smile to him and give a nod and go back to what you are doing.

Dont avoid it. Go about things as normal. You dont want to send the wrong msg to him.... I think by avoiding he will think you dont want him. It could go bad. Just a suggestion, thats what id do thats all. Hugs hunni. Must be really hard.

Thanks ladies - it's just a strange situation really ... Like we have space between us because of his past not because we don't like each other. So that's why I feel a little awkward.... Is it weird that I like that my friend said he kept looking at me?? (Deep down I feel like I have this voice in my head telling me I'm not good enough ... Thanks exH!! Ha)

I know I've said it before but I'm so grateful for you girls!! I don't wanna verbalise these things in real life - it's great for me to get out of my head in a way. I've surprised myself by how much he has consumed my thoughts these last few days. I feel really silly about it. I'd never admit it in real life ... Cool cat I am ha!!

This. The longer you avoid him for the weirder it will be when you run into him again.

Good luck hun! Wishing all the best for you x

Oh yeah, I'm cringing for you, that's such an awkward situation isn't it. I remember feeling like that when I first met my DH and we'd 'broken up' (lasted a couple of weeks lol). I remember finding out he was out in the same part of town as me and I was scared I was going to bump into him and have to jump into a bin or something! lol

I think once you do the initial "hi" or look over and smile it'll be much less awkward.

Good luck tomorrow if you see him
