Default Present for 16 year old girls

Any ideas on good presents for this age? I want to avoid vouchers if possible and the girls are pretty 'arty' so not into the conventional fashion. Happy to spend a good amount as they are my nieces and it's a special birthday. Aaaah....so stuck! Any ideas?

    If happy spend the dough.

Find a local artist in their favorite style. Ring them and see if you can get them a hour of their time to teach and talk to them.

I said this for my dd last year I got her 2 lessons and lovely hubber paid for a extra lesson. She loved it. I don't think I could ever top it.

A lovely journal or laity art supplies. If they're into music, you could look into concert tickets- if they're not into the main****** stuff then there are music festivals and a lot of those bands tour quite frequently. Maybe tickets to an exhibition.
