GTT test the other day - felt as though I was in a coma the entire time - I hate fasting and felt tired the whole 2 hours!

I've had killer BH the last few days and feels like bub has taken a liking to kicking me in what feels like my cervix - ouch!

Counting down... 11 weeks to go... looking so forward to having a happy healthy baby on the outside!

@KitiK I'm doing my GTT tomorrow and not looking forward to it at all. FX all ok will find out on Tuesday when I see my OB.

I know how your feeling about those low kicking ones really hurts and I have to deal with two of them kicking at me. I've now got 73 days or less if they decide they want out earlier to go until c-section!

10 weeks 3 days to go for me... Had appointment with the general hospital yesterday... So much happier and even happier still when I read the birth preferences on my booking in for that I get to choose... Just what I wanted... Have to to the gtt test sometime soonish...got to book the appointment... Hoping to do it somewhere else besides the hospital though... Hate being around sick people...lol

Next appointment is 27th now... Have to see two different doctors back to back... Hoping the mark me as low risk as I would love the birth centre but probably might go shared care or the midwife program...

My new Inground pool started got dug today... So excited I might get to use it for a few weeks before Opie arrives...

Baby shower on Saturday... Man this week has been auctioned packed.

@Soques - Glad you feel comfortable with your hospital! it helps alleviate anxiety so much hey! I hope you have a lovely baby shower tomorrow.

I saw my midwife again yesterday and she told me she so far always gets the brand new birth suites at the hospital because the hospital midwives prefer the older rooms closer to the nurses station as they are looking after multiple women, but the new rooms are at the back of the unit. Since my midwife has only one lady to look after at a time she has no need for this, so im keen for the room with the massive bath, bar fridge, cd player, en suite with double head shower and birth balls and equipment. Feeling quite excited about the birth just now! (I know, weirdo!)

Hi all, just letting you know I'm still here!! 17 weeks 2 days now - trying to keep everything low key and not let myself get too excited about the whole pregnancy situation until I reach viability. Due to my history (cervix removed due to early cervical cancer), I am classed as high risk and am absolutely terrified of losing this baby!

Due date is 24th June, although my Ob will deliver at 36 weeks (if I can make it that far!).

Have my morphology scan on the 27th, so hoping to find out gender then - likely I'll be put on bed rest at some stage soon after that too!!

Nice to hear how you are going @jonesgirl1980! Good luck for your morphology scan, hope bed rest doesn't drive you too insane when you get there - start stockpiling books is all I can say

@ScubaGal - yes, I had an abdominal stitch placed at time of surgery. As I have no measurable cervix left though I am at huge risk of infection, therefore have had to make a few lifestyle changes since falling pregnant (no sex, no baths/swimming, no internals etc).

@jonesgirl1980 great to hear from you and that things are still going well. All the best for next scan and I hope the bed rest isn't too frustrating for you.
