Howdy How many of you have had kiddies that have broken a bone and how did you keep them still/resting while it healed??
My 4 year old daughter broke her collarbone last Tuesday, she has asd and is very hard to settle, so far she has fallen off the swing set that she was told to steer clear of, fell off the bed at the Drs.. Stacked it on the tiles heaps of times as she runs everywhere.. I am a nervous wreck with her.
Here's the break -
I just don't know how to get her to stop so it heals as best it can...
All advice appreciated

as for how to settle her down -
- drawing / coloring
- dolls / barbies / figurine type things
- games (trouble, yahtzee, snakes and ladders etc)
unfortunately a lot of these things are only going to keep her occupied if you do it with her ... which is hard on you.
