Sure. It's the first time I've made them and they came out quite good. I halved the recipe and cook time, used regular sized cup cake cases and it made 16 muffins.

Lots of distracting baking lately. I made about 10 batches of cookies over the last 3 weeks. The current one in the freezer are Mars, white chocolate chip and milo swirls. Picture is caramel drops and chocolate chip.

The cakes are just for school lunches and been 3 them. All cut up in the freezer for school lunches.

Plain to brownies tonight and tomorrow fudge with some the Halloween cookies that we picked up for 5c a packet. Maybe some savoury scrolls or pinwheels too.

Mine is 100 bites size for $5 one because it freezer so well.
You freeze in logs and cut the amount you want while still frozen and chuck them in the oven 8 minutes and they super yummy while hot. Oh you can cook from fresh.

    1 tin of condensed milk
1 stick of butter 250 grams
    4 cups of Sr flour.
    Topping of your choice.

I use the food processor but you could just use a mixer
Cream butter and sugar than and flour.
    Add whatever topping you like.

You can use pretty much anything as topping. Our favourite at is chopped up milky ways or Mars bars.
