    They're super easy, it's basically zucchini cut into 'fries', dip them in egg then bread crumbs. I put them them on baking paper and spray with just a little olive oil and they're done in about 20min.

    I usually add a little oat bran to the bread crumbs, and some Parmesan, sometimes I add sesame and linseed you can mix it up as you want.
    The thing I love most about these is DH and the kids eat them!! That rarely happens!!

    After a zillion failed attempts, I finally had success with making honeycomb (God knows how I could stuff it up so many times when it has three ingredients in it!)
