I use the macro self raising and plain flour both gluten free in the health aisle at woolworths or if its for home I cook with alot of almond meal. Try to keep everything nut free at school because one little boy is allergic in our class. I can give you recipes if you like? They are thermomix mix ones but I can convert if you need.
