In the past week I've made banana muffins, cheese & vegemite scrolls, mars bar slice, and mini m&m biscuits. I'll take photos tomorrow.

It was a sort of thrown together affair and it was a bit crumbly in the end but not too bad - maybe adding an egg would improve the texture.

    1/2 cup honey
A couple of Tbsps brown sugar
    1/4 cup coconut oil
    1 tsp vanilla paste

Put in a pot on the stove and heat, stirring until the sugar has melted then add it to a large bowl with

    2 cups of rolled oats
    1 cup of shredded coconut
    2 Tbsp chia seeds
    1 cup choc chips
3/4 cup of chopped, pitted dates

Mix all together and press into a slice tin. Bake for approx 45 mins in a slow oven (about 140-150)
