    CakeyMumma needs some cakey help!
In a moment of sleep deprived stupidity, I didn't use baking paper for these little cakes and now they are stuck in the pan. ImageUploadedByThe Bub Hub1419162619.499649.jpg

Any ideas on how I can salvage them? They are supposed to be going in gift hampers!

You could use the cake you can get out and mix with some melted chocolate, rum essence and make little chocolate rum balls. I made some last year (although used fruit cake) and they were pretty yummy. They would look nice wrapped in cellophane with ribbon or a little tin/box for your hampers.

I think I got the recipe on taste.com.au. I will see if I can link it.

ETA: i can't find the exact recipe I used but it was similar to this one:

I thought of that. Then tried to explain Cake pops to DH who looked at me like I had two heads so I put it in the too hard basket!
