    Default Show me your baked goods!!!

    I made this l lemon and blueberry cake today for my mums bday. The icing is a bit rustic-looking lol. It was so yummy!

    The recipe used buttermilk and cream so I'm hoping to use them up in some baking (more so the buttermilk, I can usually find a use for cream). Any favourite buttermilk recipes?

    That looks delicious

    Scones or home made KFC/ battered chicken can use buttermilk
