    Hi ladies

    Long time drooler.....I mean reader.....first time poster I've seen a few different delicious cinnamon scrolls posted and was just wondering which recipe would be the hands-down easiest for a first timer please?? I'm hosting a Christmas breakfast and would really love to try making some but want to do a trial-run first

    Thanks so much in advance and keep up the drool-feast pretty please, it's very inspiring

    Gah, that was a mission but I finally found it Hmmm....no idea how to not make this in a Thermy but I'll see how I go by half looking at a different recipe.....

    Need

    Cinnamon butter

    100g unsalted butter room temp
    150g dark brown sugar

    2 tbs milk (more if needed to get slightly runny consistency)

    Mix together.

    Once dough has proven beat down and roll out into rectangle. Spread cinnamon butter mixture over dough. Roll and slice into buns. Place on paper lined baking dishes. Allow to double again before baking, in 200ºC oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.

    While still warm add glaze.

    There's a lot of sugar, sometimes I don't bother with the glaze as the rolls are lovely by themselves. They are best on the first day but 10 seconds in the microwave on the second day is good too.
