I have never had anything like this before but I'm positive I want it. It looks great!

    Thanks ladies!
I used this recipe for the pudding, it's delicious!

    http://m.allrecipes.com/recipe/7177/bread-pudding-ii

(Although I tweaked it a little - used a tad less sugar, but added a little brown sugar. I only used 3 eggs like a few of the reviews said. Didn't add the raisins. Doubled the cinnamon. I had an oversupply of the bread rolls from Costco - so I used those).

I baked mine for about an hour (but I doubled the whole recipe - so 6 eggs etc.... I had a LOT of bread rolls to use up!! )

For the icing I used this recipe (just scroll to the bottom).

    Chocolate cheesecake fail.

I didn't use a recipe. It's not set yet. It has been 3 hrs. I should have put a bit of lemon in.

Oh well its now a yummy chocolate mousse with a biscuit base.
