Do you have a thermomix? It's on the recipe community website - caramelise onion and cheese pull apart. I added tomato paste as a base. But you could make it with any toppings, it's just the most amazing dough I've ever made. So smooth and silky and pliable. Perfect.

So, today one of my colleagues came to me and asked me to make cupcakes for her class tomorrow as it's her birthday and she thought it would be nice to bring something to share with them. And since I have a thermomix it would be quicker for me than for her! I just did a quick job after school - the cakes are all crooked and the icing is terribly inconsistent, but mixing pretty colours was SO much fun!
