Wow everyone that has posted in here is clearly a true natural at baking! I feel a little put off sharing my baked goods in here... they're nothing on what's been posted already hahaha! But here it goes:

Carrot Cake! We're also massive fans of the cream cheese frosting in this house, so i don't go easy with it at all

Is it easy to make? Would love recipe if u get the chance

It is very simple and super quick

    Base
    3 cups of Sr flour
    1 pinch of salt
2 cups of warm water (reduce to 1 and 1/2 if using a pineapple or anything that is wet.

    Topping anything you like
    I used
    bacon
    Tinned Pineapple drained
    pinch of herbs
    Tomato paste
    Cheese

Mix flour and salt add water. Mix with a spoon ( if you like me and like to ping through your bread nix some in now. I put a teaspoon of tomato paste herbs and about half my toppings) Dump into a lined slow cooker. Spread and sauce (tomato paste, but sauce etc) toppings and cheese.

Put in slow cooker with a tea towel under the lid cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours on high. Sometimes I put it in the oven for 5 to 10 mins to crisp up the cheese.

I used a home brand cake mix with a cup of lemonade(colored the batter) but you can make any cake in the slow cooker.

    Love your cupcakes.

I cooked them in silicone cupcake cups($2 for 6 at Coles) for a round hour. It much cheaper to do it in there and they come out so even. The colours were much brighter too.

@anewme do you put water in the slow cooker or just have the cupcakes sitting inside?
