    They don't look very elegant (totally not my forte) but these are sooooo good. Black bean chilli chocolate cherry cookies (but I didn't have cherry so added 1/3 cup of coconut instead). Flour free, dairy free, can be egg free, sugar free but DELICIOUS!

    @olismumma Here is the recipe

    Ingredients:
    1 egg
    3/4 cup caster sugar
    125gm butter, melted
    3/4 cup SR flour
    3/4 cup Plain flour
    200gm white chocolate drops/buddies/chips (whatever they are called)
    1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
    200gm frozen raspberries

    Line a slice tray with baking paper, bottom and sides.
    Set oven to 180c

    Put all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl including 1/2 of the white chocolate and all of the macadamias.

    Melt the butter and the other half of the white chocolate together.
    Add it to the mix along with the egg and mix until combined.

    Spread into tray and push raspberries into the mix and add more white chocolate if wanted.

    Bake in oven for 35 mins or golden brown, it will be soft to touch when first out of the oven but will firm up once it has cooled down.

    Enjoy

    @misskittyfantastico that looks amazing!!

    Macarons aren't that hard to make really, its just very time consuming. It took me a while to perfect them but now that i know how its pretty simple.
